Adam Zampa, a spinner for the Rajasthan Royals, is said to have withdrawn from the Indian Premier League in 2024 due to personal issues.
Zampa was held by the Rajasthan Royals in front of the IPL 2024 closeout for INR 1.5 crore. Due to having had a huge timetable, Zampa has now chosen to take some time off from the game.
Rajasthan Royals have two proper spinners, veteran Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal, as a result of Adam Zampa’s decision to withdraw from the 17th edition of the league.
After quadriceps surgery, Rajasthan Royals pacer Prasidh Krishna was also ruled out of the IPL in 2024. Rajasthan Royals will start off their IPL 2024 mission with the game against Lucknow Super Monsters on Sunday (March 24).
